Provider and contact
RogsApps is provided by Christian Rogalski, c/o POSTFLEX PFX-216-158, Emsdettener Straße 10, 48268 Greven, Germany.
General questions: [email protected]. Technical help: [email protected]. Questions about issued licenses and billing: [email protected].
Back to contents ↑Scope of these terms
These terms apply to the direct edition of Dock Ultimate that you obtain from rogsapps.com. This website provides product information and support; a download follows when sales start. The purchase page and Stripe Checkout show the current price. The price includes VAT or sales tax. Your contract is with RogsApps; Link (Stripe) handles payment, receipt and invoice, so checkout shows “Sold through Link”. There is no subscription. Purchases cannot be made here yet.
Back to contents ↑How terms become part of a contract
Visiting this website or downloading a file does not by itself mean acceptance of these terms. These terms become part of a contract only if they are validly incorporated when the contract is concluded.
An existing license remains subject to the terms validly agreed when it was supplied. This page does not replace them retrospectively. Individual agreements take precedence over general terms.
Back to contents ↑License
With your purchase you receive a non-exclusive right, without time limit, to use Dock Ultimate on Macs that you own or use. One license covers up to three Macs. You activate each Mac online once. After that the app also works without an internet connection. If you replace a Mac, you release the old one in the app or through support.
I block a license only if it was not paid for, was refunded or withdrawn, or if you use it on more Macs than agreed. A network error never blocks a license. If Link or I refund the full purchase price, for example after a withdrawal or a refund by Link (Link may refund up to 60 days after purchase under its rules), the license ends and the key is blocked.
Keep your license key confidential. Statutory rights to transfer a license and rights relating to lawfully acquired program copies remain unaffected.
Back to contents ↑Free trial
You can try Dock Ultimate free of charge for 7 days. The trial ends by itself. It does not renew and does not turn into a purchase. After that you need a license.
The trial of the direct edition starts when you choose “Try for 7 days” in the app, without an email address and without a code. The app needs an internet connection once for this. So that the trial cannot be restarted at will, it is tied to an identifier of your Mac (see the privacy notice).
Back to contents ↑System and permissions
Dock Ultimate requires macOS 14 or later. The requirements and features of an offer are stated in that offer.
Some features require macOS permissions, such as Accessibility for window control or Screen Recording for live previews. You decide which permissions to grant. Without them, dependent features are unavailable or limited.
Back to contents ↑Program copies and statutory rights
Statutorily permitted backup copies, observation, examination or testing of the program and permitted acts needed to achieve interoperability remain allowed. The conditions of sections 69d and 69e of the German Copyright Act apply in particular.
These terms do not restrict mandatory statutory rights of use. Separately identified third-party components are also subject to their respective license notices.
Back to contents ↑Updates
Statutory obligations to provide necessary functional and security updates remain unaffected. This includes information about required updates during the period prescribed by law.
A license for the direct edition includes all version 1 updates, including those with new features. A new major version (version 2 or higher) is not included. I provide security and compatibility updates for version 1 for at least two years from your purchase. Your statutory rights to updates (section 327f BGB) remain unaffected.
Back to contents ↑Offers and payment
Before a paid order, the purchase page states the contracting party, total price including VAT, scope of service, device count, duration, payment method and other essential terms.
Contracting party: your contract for Dock Ultimate (purchase and license) is concluded with Christian Rogalski, c/o POSTFLEX PFX-216-158, Emsdettener Straße 10, 48268 Greven, Germany (provider of RogsApps). The direct edition is a one-time purchase for up to 3 Macs and includes all version 1 updates. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
Payment through Link: payment is accepted on my behalf by Sold through Link, LLC (“Link”), a Stripe group company. Checkout therefore shows “Sold through Link”. Link calculates and remits the VAT and sends you the receipt and invoice by email. By paying Link you have paid the purchase price to me. The terms for “Sold through Link” also apply to the payment. Link support (support.link.com) also answers payment questions.
How the contract is concluded: (1) the purchase page shows the product, license scope and final price. (2) With the “Order with obligation to pay” button you make a binding offer; until then you can leave the page at any time. (3) On the Link/Stripe payment page you enter your email address, billing details and payment data, check them and complete the payment; you correct input errors there directly in the fields before paying. No payment data is requested on the RogsApps page. (4) I accept your offer by providing the license key on the confirmation page and by email after the payment has been confirmed. Returning to the browser alone does not confirm a payment.
Contract text and language: you can conclude the contract in German or English. I store your order details. The purchase email is not an invoice; it contains the license key, the contract confirmation, the withdrawal information and a link to the version of these terms valid at the time of purchase.
Price: The price includes VAT or sales tax. Your contract is with RogsApps; Link (Stripe) handles payment, receipt and invoice, so checkout shows “Sold through Link”. All prices are final prices including VAT. If you pay in another currency, Link converts the amount; the rate includes a conversion surcharge. You see the final amount before paying; you can also pay in euros.
Businesses: if you buy as a business, the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers does not apply.
Back to contents ↑Right of withdrawal for a purchase
Right of withdrawal: you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (RogsApps, Christian Rogalski, c/o POSTFLEX PFX-216-158, Emsdettener Straße 10, 48268 Greven, Germany, email: [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal: if you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. End of withdrawal information.
Notes (not part of the withdrawal information): the license key is blocked upon withdrawal. You can also declare withdrawal through Link support (support.link.com, reason “withdrawal period”); the refund is then made by Link. Link may also refund beyond this under its own rules. Downloading the app is not a paid ordering process.
Model withdrawal form (complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.) To RogsApps, Christian Rogalski, c/o POSTFLEX PFX-216-158, Emsdettener Straße 10, 48268 Greven, Germany, email: [email protected]: I/We (*) hereby give notice that I/We (*) withdraw from my/our (*) contract of sale of the following goods (*)/for the provision of the following service (*): Dock Ultimate, direct edition (license), order number: ____. Ordered on (*)/received on (*): ____. Name of consumer(s): ____. Address of consumer(s): ____. Signature of consumer(s) (only if this form is notified on paper): ____. Date: ____. (*) Delete as appropriate.
Back to contents ↑Defects and liability
Statutory rules govern defects and damages. These terms contain no blanket exclusion of warranty rights or liability. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
The statutory warranty rights for digital products apply to Dock Ultimate (sections 327 et seq. BGB). They include the obligation to provide you with necessary updates. The agreed characteristics are determined by the particular contract and statutory requirements.
Dock Ultimate runs on macOS 14 or later (Apple silicon and Intel). Each Mac is activated online once; one license covers up to three Macs (technical protection measure).
Back to contents ↑Support and reports
You can send technical questions using the support form or to [email protected]. Describe the problem and, where useful, include the app and macOS versions. Do not send passwords or complete license keys.
The form stores your request and emails a confirmation code. Only after confirmation is the report sent through Migadu to our support mailbox [email protected]. The available status shows delivery, not progress on a fix. Statutory claims do not depend on using this form.
Back to contents ↑Dispute resolution
I am neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Back to contents ↑Privacy and version
The privacy notice explains the processing of personal data. It is not blanket consent to processing. This version is dated 4 November 2026. Changes to these terms do not automatically apply to existing contracts.
